Instant Web Call
A phone call, from a browser tab.
You need to call a bank, an airline, or someone in another country. Instant Web Call lets you call a mobile or landline number from your browser. The other person answers a normal phone call. They do not need an app.
How it works
- Sign in and enter the phone number you want to call.
- Check the price for that number and add money to your balance.
- Allow your browser to use your microphone, then start the call.
You pay for the calls you make. There is no monthly plan and no calling app to install. The call controls stay in the same browser tab.
Before you call
You need a working internet connection and a microphone. Prices and the numbers you can reach depend on the country and phone network. Check the number on the website before making a call.
The service is for calls you make. It does not receive calls or text messages, and it cannot call emergency services.
My work on the project
I helped build the product and get it ready for launch. The aim is to keep calling simple: one place to check a number, see the price, and make the call.
